Join us at Copenhagen Atomics as we finish building a functioning thorium molten salt reactor.
Copenhagen Atomics is developing a new kind of nuclear reactor designed to deliver low-cost, abundant energy at global scale. We believe in showing real hardware, real numbers, and real progress.
As a company, we value curiosity, flexibility, initiative, and people who can turn ideas into execution without waiting around for permission.
Department:
We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our new and growing office in Zug, Switzerland.
Our main engineering and workshop activities are based in Copenhagen, where we have built a strong team of engineers, technicians, and specialists working hands-on with reactor technology. At the same time, we are now expanding and establishing a new department in Zug. This means you would not only join Copenhagen Atomics, but also be among the early people shaping something new.
Your role will be to help us attract, engage, and convert reactor customers and investors by communicating complex technology in a clear, compelling, and visually engaging way. You will turn technical insights into high-quality content that drives awareness, builds trust, and supports our commercial growth.
You will work with a mix of internally created material and external inputs, shaping it into impactful inbound content across channels. A strong understanding of AI tools for content creation, automation, and scaling production is essential.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Developing and executing inbound marketing strategies to attract reactor customers and investors.
- Creating and optimizing content across channels (web, blog, social, email, video, conferences).
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
- Managing the full content lifecycle — from idea and raw input to published, performance-driven output.
- Using AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve quality, and scale production.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand voice and messaging.
- Working with external partners when needed (e.g. content, design, or production support).
- Tracking and improving content performance, SEO, and lead generation.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have a strong portfolio showing content that drives engagement and inbound growth.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, and optimization.
- Care more about impact and quality than titles or credentials.
- Can make complex or technical topics simple, interesting, and valuable.
- Understand how content supports the buyer journey and conversion funnels.
- Have strong judgment for tone, structure, and storytelling.
- Are comfortable working independently and managing projects end-to-end.
- Have 5 - 10 years of experience related to inbound marketing.
- Are excited about building the voice and presence of a serious deep-tech company.
