Investment details
Stock exchange
Copenhagen Atomics is currently not on any stock exchange. We do expect to make an IPO at some point in the future and most likely once we have significant revenue.
Professional Investors
To invest in Copenhagen Atomics you must be a professional investor, in the EU this means you must invest an amount above €100,000. We typically offer B-shares to most investors. B-shares have no voting rights and no restrictive covenants on share transfer. For investments above €5 million we offer A-shares with voting rights and shareholders agreement, etc.
Investors from the USA need to be registered as accredited investors. Restrictions may apply to investors from other countries too.
Non-professional investors
We get requests from many investors who would like to invest less than EUR 100,000.
Unfortunately it is not possible to invest directly, but CA can help facilitate introduction to existing shareholders who wish to sell small portions of their shares directly to you. Sometimes there is also an option to buy shares via Funderbeam or Nucleation Capital or other similar platforms.
Illiquid asset
Please note that an investment into Copenhagen Atomics has to be considered an illiquid investment in the short to medium term. If an investor would like to sell part or all of his/her shares, we might be able to help pairing potential buyers with potential sellers.
There is no guarantee of price or quantity. In an ongoing financing round current shareholders might also be able to sell shares to new shareholders. Again, there is no guarantee.
